The Joie Roomie Glide is a bedside crib that allows parents to co-sleep with their newborn whilst making sure they're safe. The smooth glide motion helps to ease your baby back to sleep. Its innovative features let you keep an eye on them without leaving your bed.

The sliding side panel of the cot can be raised and lowered with just a press of a button. This makes it easy to reach inside and soothe a crying baby at night. It also comes with 11 height adjustments that let it accommodate the mattress of nearly every size bed. Additionally, it comes with adjustable feet that fold down to ensure it is at the right level.

In terms of safety the cot is padded and fitted with mesh sides for increased airflow, and the mattress is made of high-density foam for additional protection. It's also wipeable so you can keep it clean, and it comes with a fitted sheet that's suitable for the cot.

In contrast to other cribs for bedside use unlike other cribs for bedside use, the Roomie Glide is suitable for all beds, including divans, thanks to its straps and clip attachment. It can also be used as a standalone crib when it's not connected to your bed, and it's packed with features designed with parent-baby bonding in mind.

One thing to bear in mind is that even though this crib is great for newborns, it won't last long once your child is six months old, so you will have to purchase larger cots. Overall, Roanna thought that the Joie Roomie Glide crib was an excellent purchase. She loved its sleek design.

The Roomie Glide is available to purchase at John Lewis for PS160, which Roanna felt was an affordable cost for a cot that has these innovative features. She also liked how it appeared in the bedroom, and believed that the grey shade will work well in modern homes. However, she pointed that it's not an ideal idea to rock a smaller baby because it can set a bad habit for later sleep patterns.

The Tutti Bambini CoZee is an award-winning bedside crib that was designed with a safe night's sleep in mind. It features a drop-side rail that can be easily adjusted to feed your child at night without disturbing them or forcing them out of the bed. This is great for mothers who breastfeed! We love the fact that it's made of soft fabrics with mesh sides that are breathable, which promote airflow and ease of use. It is available in oak or charcoal with a variety of melange fabrics that blend with all styles of decor. Anna discovered that it was sturdy and secure once attached to her bed. The legs slid into place and the zippers were secured for security. It took Anna approximately 10 minutes to put together and didn't require any tools. It has a new mechanism for opening and closing the side panel. It's easy to operate even with one hand. It's also more flexible than the predecessor, with 11 different height settings as well as retractable legs for a secure installation underneath any bed.

Our testers were impressed by the ease of access provided by the side panel which can be moved upwards and downwards with just one click of a switch. This was an enormous help during night time feeds, as it meant they could reach into and pick up their baby without disturbing them.

The side panel can be lifted by itself, too, but it's not recommended since it increases the chance of your child falling out of the cot. However, the safety locking mechanism ensures that it will only remain in place when it is attached to the parent's bed correctly. This feature can be very beneficial for peace of mind if you are breastfeeding and need frequent night feeds.

It comes with a tilting function to help reflux babies, and an option to rock to calm them after a feeding. It's also very large and has excellent ventilation thanks to its mesh sides.

The Next2Me Magic was easy to use and set up for our testers, despite the lengthy instruction manual. It's heavier than other side-sleepers, however it's quite mobile and can be moved from room room with ease. It can also be folded into a bag for travel which is a great option if you want to transport it.  discover this  found was that the side panel didn't flex as much compared to other models. It took us an hour to complete and was relatively easy to put together. The only issue with the instructions was that a few images were not captioned. This made it difficult for us to follow. However, it was a straightforward process and the quality of materials used was excellent.
